Q box and mini box not saving recordings in q biox and no signal service to mini box but on q bix

Q box and mini box not saving recordings. Signal for channels found  in q box but no access to recordings or catch up and no signal service to mini box stating no satellite signal. Checking setting and all ticked.  Think there may be fault with boxes. Currently have insurance for both with sky.

If you mean sky protect then you need to calll them to arrange an engineer.
