@serena1472 are you a new customer awaiting install if so it should arrive a couple of days before the engineer arrives but engineers can carry spares if it doesnt arrive in time
If you are a returning customer and Sky have sent you a self install box they wronly assume you have kept your previous card if that is the case if you let us know we can escalate this to Sky for you or you will need to try and contact them
I may be a Sky Superuser but I am still just a Sky customer
