Our sky box doesn't work anymore. We have tried to check the cables but nothing is happening. We try to select HDMI but aren't successful

Yes, it's written in white and there is a small design with coloured circles. We have a surround system and an LC tv but we used the sky control to switch the tv, the surround system with it. Can you please help?

Hi @Helene1976
Not programmed sounds like a TV message when your TV is switched to its terrestrial TV tuner.
Make sure that your TV is switched to the correct HDMI input for the Q box. Use the TV remote if necessary.

Hi @Helene1976
You need to use your TV remote to cycle through the TV inputs, using the input select button on the remote.
The input select button is normally a square like a TV screen with an arrow entering from the left.
There is a similar button on the Q remote (on the bottom left) which you can use if your Q remote is correctly paired to your TV
