Been on phone to sky for over 30 mins then got cut off without matter being resolved. Constantly showing error 73 on screen.

That error code is usually associated with trying to access Disney+ from a country where it isn't supported. Are you using a VPN on your router? Who is your internet service provider?

Had it for nearly three years and suddenly just had this come up on screen. Internet provider ive got is Breeztel.
