Not getting help and ready to cancel
I cannot get a signal I called an engineer that was no help and he said I would receive a phone call from sky. The phone rang once and hung up. When I tried to ring back I had a 40 minute wait. If I don't get this sorted I want to cancel.

@Paddy You're not talking to Sky via the forum, threats to cancel don't work here. We are customers like you.
If you want the forum to help you need to provide much more detail on what the issue is.
Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

How did you call an engineer directly? Was this an independent installer?
