Hello all.
I'm hoping someone may be able to help me out with an issue I have.
I do not have sky at present having ended my contract quite some time back.
However, my private and firewalled home network reports a Sky Q Box - ES130 - Model 1.0.0.0, with a viable MAC address but no ip address.is present.
Does anybody have any idea why this might be?

My (BT) router retailns info for all devices that have connected to my network until I delete them

Thank you very much for your answer.
Thing is, I've never had a Sky box connected to my internet and have never had a Sky Q box.
I'll keep looking for reasons as to why this might be 🙂
