Noisy sky box

Sky Q box replaced a few months ago as it was so noisy, on top of unit, nothing either side or above to obstruct fans. It sounds like a dripping tap/clock ticking constantly and worse when recording or watching a recording. You can hear it above the programmes being watched and even from other rooms.  It was replaced and the problem persists. I have put up with it as I didn't want to complain again but it has got to the point I dont even enjoy watching anything due to the annoying noise.

I did try to chat but had no response on the chat. This is still an issue I rush to resolve

I've escalated this to Sky for you, watch out for a blue chat bubble on here .

You may receive an email or a private message inviting you to have a private conversation on the Community with a Sky Expert.

Look out for a chat bubble at the bottom of your screen inviting you to a chat
If you are using the Safari browser please make sure that Hide IP Address is not checked in order to see the chat bubble. If you are having trouble finding this to check the settings, use another browser such as Firefox, Chrome etc.
