No viewing card
Hi , received my sky q box today and don't have a viewing card

Please explain, is this a replacement box delivered by DPD and the courier took a faulty box away with your viewing card in it?

@stutrav or are you a returning customer thats had Q previously as Sky will send the Q box out for a self instal but the expect you to have kept the card you had previously. If this is the case you need to contact Sky see below
The only othe scenario is are you a brand new customer taking Sky Q and Sky broadband where Sky have sent you your router and an engineer will bring any Q boxes when they turn up for there appointment the veiwing card in this scenario will be sent out to you
