No viewing card received
Hi my sky q was installed over a week ago and I still have not received my viewing card which can I contact?

If the viewing card hadn't arrived in the post the engineer would usually have spares in the van, so what happened during the installation?

When the engineer arrived he did try and set up another card but he couldn't and told me I would receive on in the post this was over a week ago now and still no card received

Strange the engineer just left it like that. Contact Sky and explain what's happened. They'll hopefully send another card or preferably another engineer with a card. Once the box is up and running contact Sky again and ask for a credit to be placed on your Sky account for the period of no service.

Call them using the number under more help on their site or app. Should still be there.
Not saying anything tends to encourage a human contact.
