@taisho612  Have you tried a reboot of your Sky Q box?

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

Hi @taisho612  as suggested try rebooting your main SKYQ box by turning the power off at the socket for 30 sec then turn back on to reboot?
