What have you tried already? A reboot of the box fixes lots of little glitches. Let us know if you don't know how to do it.

same issues here having to reboot main q box once a week to get tv schedule to return.  Shouldn't have to do this to have a fully functional box... considering how much sky costs these days...

Have you also restarted your internet router? As the to schedule is routed to your Sky Q box via the internet, this is often caused by them not 'handshaking' properly 

I am just another Sky customer!
