Hello I’ve been on the phone to you for 37 minutes tonight. My sky Q mini box kept losing connectio
I’ve been on the phone to Sky for 37 minutes tonight. My sky Q mini box kept losing connection every 5 mins or so last night. Having done all the reactivating, switching things off at the wall etc whilst on the phone to your staff it did switch on. However 5 mins after ending my call the same issue started all over again

@G+Smith2001 You're not talking to Sky Customer services via the forum, this is primarily a customer helps customer forum.
I would recommend calling Sky back as the issue isn't resolved.

Afraid you are not contacting Sky directly here as this is a customer forum.
If you need to contact them you need to persevere by phone.

at the bottom of the following link and this will lead to a phone contact.

To connect your Mini
try a Network Reset on the mini.
Have you tried a Reset found in mini Home - Settings - Setup - Network.
Highlight Status and then select Reset on the right hand side. Follow instructions to WPS with main Q box.
You will be asked to press the WPS button on the main Q box (not the mini).
If you are on Sky Broadband and the Router is nearer to the mini than the main box then you can try pressing WPS on the router instead of the main Q box
