No tv or Wi-Fi
TV turned itself off, and now shows a technical issue saying 'experiencing a limited service'. Also it says our Wi-Fi is not working but it is. What do we do?

Hi @TV+issue Do you mean your Sky Q box or your TV?

Tv was working fine then just went black screen. Have rebooted and now error message saying have no Wi-Fi but Wi-Fi is working ok
