I have internet connection but I don't have sky tv it's saying u don't have connection on tv and saying my card in not inserted

Remove the card, clean it carefully with a soft cloth and reinsert it.

If that fails you'll need to contact Sky.

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers
