My skyQ box has never allowed me to stream entertainment. I have a 500mbps internet package which allows me to stream on all other devices in my home

@PJRig In what way are you referring to streaming on the Q box is this with the apps on the Q box ?

Yeah. I can't watch anything on my skyQ box that requires streaming i.e. paramount. Netflix etc. also download stuff via catch up is so so slow. I think there may be an issue with the Wi-Fi part of skybox. Luckily I have a smart tv so I can watch Netflix via this way.

@PJRig Have you tried rebooting your main Q box ie
putting your box into Standby then switching it off at the wall for 30 seconds
switch it back on then follow the on screen instructions

Yes I've tried all types of reboots, restarts, power downs and updates. Still unable to stream🥹

Q boxes aren't the greatest shape for WiFi, and are somewhat sensitive to location relative to the router. Do you have the proximity to be able to connect using an ethernet cable?

No. The broadband router is in the hallway about 7 metres away from.skybox.
