No sound on additional TV set

Tv works fully when not coming through sky. Full range available through sky just no sound. We have tried rebooting to no avail.

Hi @Oscar2   Do you get sound if the Sky Q audio format is set to Normal (PCM)?

Hi @Oscar2   Home -> Settings -> Setup -> Audio visual -> Digital audio output HDMI -> Normal.
