@Bettyolive   Have you tried unplugging the box from the mauins, then plug it back in?

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

Hi I've had no signal now for about 3 weeks I have an engineer coming out on the 4th July but , I what to find out will I still have to pay because I don't think I should because once they come out on the 4th it's going to be like a month without any tv signal my broadband been working fine

That'll be for you to 'negotiate' with Sky, but I agree with you.  Ps your broadband working is irrelevant to having no satellite signal - I assume that's what you meant by "no signal"?
