No sky tv

I have WiFi on all devices although have no sky TV. I have tried re entering the sky router password and it says it doesn't exist although all other devices in the house are working on that router password

If this Sky Q then the primary reception is via satellite dish.  Do you have issues with this?

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers

@Caroline27Nov24  Which TV Box do younhave, Sky Q or Sky stream, the latter relies on broadband, the former doesn;'t need tonbroadband to work.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
