No sky signal
I have the message no satillite signal it keeps happening I turn the box on and off check cables etc and nothing just rang sky 3rd July next engineer available what a joke! I see that this is a common problem but it's not good enough for a huge company to not get an engineer out for such a long time I'm paying £100 a month for a service I cannot use!!

You will have been allocated the earliest available engineer visit in your area. Once the fault has been rectified you could contact Sky and politely enquire about the possibility of a credit for the time you were without service.

@shazlp I'm not sure what you want the forum of fellow customers to do in this case as an engineer has been booked and the earliest one available will have been assigned to you.
You will need to discuss loss of service with Sky once the issue is resolved.

I was just looking for advice if it's happened to anyone else's sky box and how to try and fix the problem as no available engineer

Thank you for the link I have already tried all of that several times - I have taken out the sky card and put it back in and now it seems to be working, not sure for how long as I have had the no signal messsge several times before

Had the same issue, rang sky waited for 50 minutes then got cut off, my skyq keeps going to standby then I get a no signal on my tv. all cables are good. really bad service from sky.
