No sky signal and apps and recordings also not working

Hi

my sky signal is not working which i am in the process of getting fixed but the apps and my recordings on sky are also gone. anyine know why this has happened and also how can i fix the situation.

Hi @Kellyballindiney 

Until your Satellite signal is established there is not much that you can do.
