No sky service due to hardware issue

Hi, I've had no satellite service due to a hardware problem for the last 10 days. An engineer has today been out and replaced the dish. Will I automatically be credited/refunded for the days I had no service?

No.

 

You'll have to call and ask for a credit from the time of reporting to fix.

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers

Thanks, what's the best number to call on to speak to a person? Everytime I have tried I just get an automated response

I'm afraid you'll have to persevere in calling - there is no special number to call.  Waiting times could be up to an hour it seems atm.

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers
