No sky cinema

I have just switched on my sky, I have full sky package, and paid until 21 July, it is asking me to upgrade to cinema which I have already paid for , I also don't have any apps

Hi @Mike+ault   What do you mean paid until July 21st? Have you cancelled your subscription and are you with in the notice period? If that is the case, then only Sky can help you.
