No sky apps working

I've got no sky apps working, according to sky there is no issues though.

I have the same issue. Saying we are not connected to the internet (we are), broadband and wifi working fine, just not the tv apps

Do you have Sky Q, Sky Glass or Stream ?

@annie2003 @Michaela58 you could try refreshing the apps in the engineers menu

To enter the engineers menu do the follow
press the home button then scroll down to setting and hi-light
do not press select/enter but press 001 then select this takes you into the engineers menu

scroll down to apps > refresh

this can take up to 24 hours to work but usually takes less than that
