Hi our Sky q box will not show Netflix, and not connect to the internet and our mini box will not c

Sky boxes  x 2 not working. Tv constantly not connecting to internet. Sky internet not working a lot of the time. This has been going on for weeks. At end of tether. We are paying for no service.

@Paulh721 Try holding the reset button on your router in for 20 seconds to reset the router. When that is up and running again then reboot your main Q box ie
putting your box into Standby then switching it off at the wall for 30 seconds
switch it back on then follow the on screen instructions

then try rebooting your mini boxes
