No sky Q tv

I've turned everything off several times, taken card out and put back, turned WiFi off and on again but only normal tv

Have you tried changing the input on your TV?  (I presume 'normal TV' means via an aerial?)

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers
