No signal

I have hardly any signal due to a growing tree in someones garden

Engineer came out and said he can put it higher but his ladders are not long enough so booked another engineer who has now said dish cannot be moved due to me living in a flat and he does not know why hes been booked

in the meantime im paying for a service i cant use

23 years i have lived here and never had any issues 

i do not want the streaming as you cannot record

Hi @Annemarie22   If the installer has confirmed that you cannot have Sky Q, you need to contact Sky and discuss your options. There is a good chance that they will allow you to terminate your contract without penalty. If you are not in a Virgin Media area, then your only option is streaming. There is no need to record, you simply add the programmes to your Playlist to view later on.

@Annemarie22 the only other option you have is speaking to the person whos garden the tree is in and see if they would have the tree trimmed so it doesn't restrict your signal

is that with sky streaming ? 
i cant have virgin as you need to have their broadband and im already tied in with somebody else
