No signal

I have no satellite signal on my Sky Q box after I connected my new TV to my box, can anyone help me please. TIA

Hi @tracyp Put your TV on standby, then reboot your main SKYQ box by turning the power off at the socket for 30 sec then turn back on to reboot.

hi @tracyp 

 

If you have connected it to a new TV & getting a 'No Satellite signal' message from the SKY Q box (rather than a No signal from the TV) then in addition to the reboot as suggeted by @Quoman7  check that the satellite cables to the box have not come loose or damaged

I have  no signal on my sky q I have unplugged it and my main one down stairs. The main sky box has 3 green lights on is connected to my tv there but my bedroom sky Q box keeps disconnecting I have tried to reset it and unplug it but not working not happy bunny

3 green lights? Sky Q boxes don't have 3 lights. One on the power button and then the centre one with the spinning blue Q thing?
