No signal or no satellite signal? They are totally different. If you are seeing a message stating ‘no satellite signal’ then follow the troubleshooting on this link.

If that doesn’t help you may need to arrange an engineer to check is your dish is out of alignment.

No satellite signal

I have no satellite signal I have followed everything but still don't have any signal
