No signal tree blocking communal dish

Had no signal for about 8 weeks communal dish been reporting it continuously for 8 weeks no help from the council. Apparently the problem is a tree blocking the signal. Suggested to them either move dish or chop tree had no reply. What can we do

A council won't be treating it with any urgency. It may be influenced by who owns the trees / land. You need to keep pestering your landlord or building management team.

There isn't anything Sky or customers on here can do to speed up any potential work. The council might decide the trees stay or there might be a TPO (Tree Preservation Order) in place.
