I have been through all user guides and even followed youtube videos, still no signal

@Davison2  That sounds like a message from the TV,  you could try resetting resolution ot the Sky Q box to 1080 by pressing buttons Home 1-0-8-0 Home on the Q box remote control.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

Hi @Davison2 

Assume you are referring to your Q box connected to your Q box with HDMI cable.

First make sure that the TV is switched on and is switched to the HDMI input to which the Q box is connected.
Then with the Q box switched on with green led illuminated
Press
Home 1 0 8 0 Home
on the Q box remote control.

This will change the Q box to standard resolution which should work for all TV’s.
