No signal for a number of weeks on sky movies

My sky movies has been showing the same message for a number of weeks

this channel is currently affected by a problem with you satellite signal. I have followed the instructions via my remote on a number of occasions but this is still not rectified

Whenever a “no satellite signal” message is displayed firstly check that the connections from the Sky dish going into the back of your Sky Q box are still finger tight. Also check out the troubleshooting on this link

It may then give you the opportunity to arrange an engineer to check the alignment of your dish.

A misalignment is not necessarily something that will be visible to the naked eye and could only affect one or two channels. If you’re on a communal dish you may initially need to liaise with your landlord or building management company.

As I live in communal area I am limited to access, however what I do have access to is ok in regards to wire connections

Then as stated, if you are using a communal dish, your landlord or management company are responsible for potentially arranging for an appropriately trained engineer.
