No satellite signal

I have followed all of the prompts on the help and support pages. I followed the suggestions on this forum , but no change . I have a sky q box but have had no tv for at least a week, perhaps longer . I live in a commmunal apartment block, and I have no idea if any one else has been having problems. I really need to speak to a human as I imagine there is a technical issue I cannot fix . Any helpful suggestions gratefully received.

If you are connected to a communal dish you need to liaise directly with your building management company / landlord who will have their approved engineers to contact.
