Sky q mini picture quality

I have a query. I currently have a main sky q 1tb box with the hd package (don't see the value in getting uhd pack just yet until a broader range of uhd channels is offered)

I also have a sky q mini box in another room in the house on my better lg oled tv. The mini works flawlessly with no signal issues. It's Ethernet connected to the router.

my question is this..... Do the minis provide as good a picture quality as the main sky q boxes? I understand that unless I had the 2tb main q box with the uhd package it won't play hdr/hlg/uhd content, but nevertheless is my current setup worth moving (I have the patience to switch the boxes around and extend the sky coax cable with high quality rg6 coax extension)

I just don't want to waste my time doing so, if there absolutely no difference by switching the boxes around. I hear you ask why don't you just play the same channel on both boxes and compare?! Not quite that simple as the mini is playing on an lg oled (my better tv) and the sky q mini on a 4K Samsung (still fine but the lg is superior)

Thanks!

For standard HD material the mini is identical to the main box.  (It's digital from main box to TV)

as noted, the minis do not support UHD (or HDR).

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers
