No satellite signal

Hi there, my tv hasnt been working for 24hours now. I hacw tried to turn it all off and the back on again but it still isnt working. On screen it is telling me rhat thwre is no satellite signal. Why is this please?

Work through the following link and if you cannot solve your issue it will lead to booking a Engineer.
Alternately, if you are on a Communal Dish you will need to contact your Landlord or Management company.
