No satellite signal
I have no satellite signal so cannot get any channels only BBC ITV and Channel 4. I am due to swap over to Sky glass next Saturday 21 October 2023.

Re: No satellite signal
@Denise9 Your post has been moved to the Sky Q forum as this issue has nothing to do with Sky Glass.
A No satellite signal is complaetely unrelated to you getting Glass as it's more likely this is a dish issue rather than a subscription issue. Have you tried rebooting your Sky Q box?

Re: No satellite signal
@Denise9
If it displays no satellite signal take a look at the troubleshooting here
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sky-tv-no-satellite-signal-sky-q
It may then give you the opportunity to arrange an engineer (if you think it worth it for less than a week), to check the alignment of your dish. Just to make you aware, if you’re on a communal dish system in the UK you’ll have to contact your landlord or building management company rather than Sky.
