No satellite signal

Watching Netflix then it appeared to stop, then sky q seemed to be stuck in standby and wouldn't load, followed the troubleshooting ideas, sky q box now on but says no satellite signal, have again followed all instructions but to no avail

I am also having the same problem tonight when trying to watch netflix lost satilite connection !

Yes that's exactly it, just after 8pm this started, now saying it's updating software
