Please can you help, we have not been able to watch sky since begining of July. we had an engineer out who looked at a tree and said that was a problem, didn't check any wires or the box in the house to rule them out. We have ourselves cut a lot of the tree down as we are unfortunately in military housing therefore they have no money it seems to do maintenance on them. There is a big clearing for the satellite and there is still no signal. Why?
