No satellite signal and technical problem

Hi. For the last 3 months or so my sky hasn't been working either satellite signal problem or technical problems and constantly on blue screen. I've done everything it has said to do on website it's not woking. I pay 100 pounds each month aswell and sky were suppose to take 98 off my bill 3 months ago due to bo satellite signal due to neighbours scaffolding and that didn't happen. I try to ring yous to be passed here there and everywhere, and being on hold hours to he cut off. Now I'm paying for sky services of nearly a 100 each month and I'm nt getting to watch live TV etc. I'm a v.i.p customer but I am thinking about going else where unless this is sorted. I don't know if someone needs come and look at my satellite dish and my sky q boxes one Down stairs and one upstairs. Internet connectivity is good . Charlene

We're other customers here.  You'll need to persevere in calling to get an engineer to check your system and sort the credit out.

@charlene+goudie  In this time have you contacted Sky regarding the No Satellite issue?
