No returns box arrived

We have closed account and are still waiting for delivery of returns box, now texts from Sky say return equipment or we will be billed. NO RETURNS BOX HAS ARRIVED PLEASE SEND A RETURNS BOX

@Michael+McVicar  You won't get a returns pack on the back of a forum post as your not contacting Sky, you can use your own.

 

You can print off the labels for the returns here https://www.sky.com/help/articles/return-tv-broadband

Remember to keep your proof of posting.

You can use whatever boxes you have or can get as this link will help you to print the return label and return it via Royal Mail:

Add a note inside with your account number and a list of equipment you’ve included.
Make sure you get and keep proof of posting when sending this off.
