Hi
I had a faulty sky a box so you are replacing with new one so the customer service did not say that I need to return the faulty one
do I return it or not if yes
will the dpd person take the return when he delivers the new box

However DPD should also be collecting the old box at the same time, make sure you remove the viewing card before handing the box over.
