No recoedings on Sky Max Hub

Replacement Sky Max hub today - auto install appeared to have worked but minis (2) don't show recordings, message is - This service is currently unavailable.

 

Any ideas as they still show on the main box and connections appear ok.

Ps I didn't realise support was closed on Saturday evenings 

Passing on the tips I have learned in over 25 years as a more than satisfied Sky customer.

Was your hub previous a SKY Max  ? In case you don't know SKY Q treats SKY Max hubs as 3rd party so rely on the wifi from the main box

 

Anyway, if you haven't already done it, may I suggest a full power down restart of you main box & when back, the minis

Was your hub previous a SKY Max  ? In case you don't know SKY Q treats SKY Max hubs as 3rd party so rely on the wifi from the main box
