No picture

Hi

wr have no picture on our screen. The screen is black. It's been like that since 7pm. We have checked the router and rebooted the router but nothing works

can you help. It's Christmas Day too.

@Ken_preston Your duplicate thread has been removed as you already raised the same question here.

 

Sky Q, where you have posted receives it's live channels via your dish so rebooting the router is a fruitless endeavour

 

Is there an on-screen message? Have you tried unplugging your Sky Q box rather than your router? 

 

Have you selected the correct HDMI input on the TV using the TV remote?

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
