No picture

Sky box not displaying a picture

tv says 'sky' so its being recognised and the screen is lighting up when on the source but no picture shown

have turned sky box on and off

still not working

been like this since 1pm

@Naz4  With the Sky Q box powerred in use the remote buttons Home 1080 Home
