No picture.

Have rebooted router, changed HDMI lead, switched everything on and off several times but sky box notconnecting with tv. tv is ok as we can get netflix, amazon fire etc.

@CaffyL  What does the TV display when you select the HDMI input for the Sky Q box?  Have you tried cycling through the TV inputs?

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

With the SKY Q box on, try pressing the following keys in sequence

Home 1 0 8 0 Home

Cycled through the sources many times but no picture. Just a blank screen

@CaffyL  Are you able to try another HDMI cable or change the cables input to another HDMI socket?

 

Is the cable securely seated in the back of the box & also the TV?

Have removed HDMI cable both ends and reseate several times. Also removed and swapped and re-swapped the two external input cables
