No picture on any TNTSports channels

I cannot access any of the TNT Sports channels. A message says,'This channel is currently affected by a problem with your satellite signal.

However, I can access BBC, ITV and all Sky channels without any issues

Signal strength is fine

Fine when tuned to TNT, as that will contradict the message given

TNTs transponders are at the edge of the recception zone thus are the first to have issues when a dish is misaligned (even slightly)

That doesn't sound like a Sky + message.  Do you have Sky Q?
