No picture on TV

Picture disappeared from TV last week promised via telephone someone would call me. 

I have sound and can change channels but NO picture.

Gone through all the checks listed NO difference. D&G put me through again to sky but all that came up was you can resolve by going on line.

Hi @Peppers54   How did you find out whether it is the TV or your Sky Q box? What have you checked, cables seated correctly. Ruled out a problem with the remote, etc.
