I joined Discovery+ because of Sky's offer of it being free for Sky customers, but it keeps sending me round in a loop when I try to activate it. I spent all day yesterday in Chats with Discovery+ then with Sky. Sky even suggested cancelling Discovery+ and rejoining through them. I find this silly because of how long the waiting period is before I'd be back in when all it needs is someone from Sky to find a way of activating it.
I even had an email from Sky Marketplace yesterday saying I need to just login and start watching! I replied that doesn't do it but have had no reply. I later followed by asking them to cancel Discovery+ (annoying if I can't use it). No reply
