Hi @Salanya 

Did you carry out a network reset as follows:-

Note that you can only use WPS if you are on Sky Broadband with Sky Q router.

Network Reset found in Q box Home - Settings - Setup - Network.
Highlight Status and then select Reset on the right hand side. Follow instructions to connect by WiFi to your router.
If you are on Sky broadband you will be asked to press the WPS button on the Sky router. (Not on the Q box as the Network reset will start the main Q box WPS automatically). Make sure you press the WPS button on the Sky router and not the reset button.
if you are on 3rd party (non Sky ) broadband then you need to enter the SSID and password for the router 2.4 Ghz WiFi band.

I have switched everything off three times and reset router still no network connection or skygo or skyq mini box

We had to hold down the reset button on sky box for 30 seconds and then waited to reset and it worked

@Chodley   I still can't get connected to my network and I can't watch my sky in the other room I have tried all the advice the is on the system nothing Works
