Hi @Sue+Sloan
Try a Network Reset found in Q box Home - Settings - Setup - Network.
Highlight Status and then select Reset on the right hand side. Follow instructions to connect by WiFi to your router.
If you are on Sky broadband you will be asked to press the WPS button on the Sky router. (Not on the Q box as the Network reset will start the main Q box WPS automatically). Make sure you press the WPS button on the Sky router and not the reset button.
if you are on 3rd party (non Sky ) broadband then you need to enter the SSID and password for the router 2.4 Ghz WiFi band.

Re: No network connection
I've done everything that was said to do ie press the button on the back of my router, that didn't work. I can't watch Netflix or any other apps plus I can't go onto my account

Re: No network connection
I'm having exactly the same issues. Strong braodband but no network connection. Turning off/on and/or resetting via the WPS button does not help. Sporadic problem as it might be alright for a few days then not, can't access APP programs just TV channels/recordings.
Can't get to any point on line to request an engineer - just get sent back to 'press the WPS button'!!
