No mini boxes are working

None of my mini boxes are working..we have had this issue for 4 years now... pls help We have to power off and on each time and now nothing is working.

We're only other customers here but if you've had ongoing problems for 4 years then what did Sky say or do in all of that time?

Hi there.. Sky engineers have been out several times to try and rectify this. We have had so many replacement boxes... They work for a few months but then go off again and lose connectivity to the Sky Q main box...  We have changed internet providers to get a faster speed but it has made no difference even though a speed test is showing over 200mbps..   I only messaged on here by the way as there was no other way I could find to contact SKY!
